Tech Tools

The WVE™ technical support team is staffed with ASE-certified technicians to provide training and assistance to installers, whether they are professionals or do-it-yourselfers. We are in a new age of automotive innovation connected and intelligent car systems are rapidly influencing the diagnostic procedures for electrical system- repairs. The challenge faced by most technicians is keeping their skills current with these advancing technologies.

Continuing Automotive Service Education

WVE™ offers a Principles of Electrical Diagnostics class, as well as a Comprehensive Evaporative Emission Systems training program for technicians of all skills. WVE™ courses build upon the NGK Spark Plugs ASE-accredited Continuing Automotive Service Education (CASE) training program that features Advanced Drivability and Advanced Ignition training courses.

Each training course is designed to teach technicians how to use modern and traditional diagnostic tools more effectively to identify repairs. As a CASE (Continuing Automotive Service Education) accredited training provider NGK Spark Plugs awards CEU (Continuing Education Unit) credits for applicable courses, conducts need analysis, develops education materials and evaluates knowledge acquired by participants. WVE’s Principles of Electrical Diagnostics is an extension of our commitment to educating for the future.
